Love Is Complicated,

So Are People

Relationships are some of the places where we feel most connected, most known, and sometimes most vulnerable. Communication, trust, intimacy, and caring for one another can be complicated, especially when both people are bringing their own histories, needs, hopes, and ways of moving through the world into the relationship. Therapy makes room for that complexity.

If you’re feeling stuck in the same conflict, struggling to feel understood, or trying to find your way back to one another, this is the space here to slow things down and understand what is happening within the patterns between you.

I work with couples and relational systems navigating high conflict, communication breakdowns, trust wounds, and the stress of trying to feel seen and understood without judgment. I also work with LGBTQIA+ couples, polyamorous relationships, and ethically non-monogamous relationships, honoring that there is no single way a relationship has to look in order to be healthy, connected, and meaningful.

My approach is grounded in attachment-focused and emotionally focused therapy, alongside trauma-informed and collaborative practices. Together, we can explore the patterns that keep showing up, make space for the emotions underneath them, and build a deeper understanding of what each person is needing and trying to communicate.

Whether you’re here to rebuild connection, work through something that has changed the relationship, navigate what comes next, or redefine what your relationship can look like, you don’t have to figure it out alone. There is room here for the hard conversations, the tenderness, the uncertainty, and everything in between.
