Therapy for Neurodivergence
Therapy for the Deep Feelers and Fast Thinkers
The space I offer is meant to hold you in your experience, and that means all of it. This is a collaborative, affirming, and safe space for neurodivergence. I use a client-centered approach with a neurodivergent lens to understand and support your experience in the world, while making room for the ways you think, feel, communicate, connect, and move through life.
Masking is not needed here, authenticity is expected, and acceptance is mandatory. You don’t need to make yourself smaller, quieter, more organized, or more “together” to be understood. There is space here to explore the parts of yourself you may have learned to hide, minimize, or question, and to begin making sense of experiences that may have felt confusing or isolating for a long time.
Whether you’re exploring neurodivergence with ADHD or autism, navigating burnout, sensory overwhelm, executive functioning challenges, or moving through an identity shift, I’m here to navigate with you. Therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, recognize the ways you’ve adapted to a world that may not always fit, and explore what support can look like when you no longer have to do everything the hard way.
My hope is that our work together helps you feel more connected to yourself, more understood, and more able to move through the world in a way that feels sustainable and true to you.
