Growing Sideways Together

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here! You’re probably thinking, “I’m here to explore some healing, changes, processing and coping skills.” Maybe the burn out and masking became too much. Maybe your identity is in question and you want to navigate with someone who hears and sees you for who you are and imagine you will be. Maybe your relationship is facing strain, transition, and you and your partner are looking for understanding. I’m here for that, and you.

Working with Neurodivergence

Therapy for the Deep Feelers and Fast Thinkers

The space I offer is meant to hold you in your experience, and that means all of it. This is a collaborative, affirming, and safe space for neurodivergence. I use a client centered approach with a neurodivergent lens to address and support your experience in the world. Masking is not needed here, authenticity is expected, and acceptance is mandatory. Whether you’re exploring neurodivergence with ADHD, autism, burnout, sensory overwhelm, or identity shifts I’m here to navigate with you.

Couples & Relational Therapy

Love Is Complicated, So Are People

Whether you’re here to rebuild connection, navigate what is next, or redefine the relationship, you don’t have to do it alone.

Therapy for LGBTQIA+ and Identity

Holding Space for Every Version of You

There can be times where life is messy and tangled in the expectations of who you were “supposed” to be and who you truly are. You may want to explore your identity for the first time, or a relationship that doesn’t match the bounds of the systems we’re told to fit into. Maybe there is grief from relationships that once held strong support for you.

Working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples and relational systems it’s important to me. I like to bring a warm, affirming, and collaborative approach to the room where you feel seen as who you are, imagine to be, and are exploring.
